Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash) and your role (worker or vendor).
• Profile details: skills, experience, job preferences and summary (workers); business name, contact person, business type and description (vendors).
• Location: your area and approximate coordinates, used to show nearby jobs and workers. The app asks permission before reading your device location.
• Activity: job posts, applications, invitations, work schedules, attendance, ratings and payment records between users.
• Support chat: messages and photos or files you send to our support team.
• Device data: a push notification token so we can send job alerts and reminders.

• To provide support and keep the service safe.

Workers and vendors see the profile details needed to work together (for example name, phone number and ratings once you apply or are hired). Our service providers (hosting and push notification delivery through Expo and Google Firebase) process data only to run the app. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party ads.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile, then Delete my account) or at flexmate.in/delete-account. Deletion erases your profile, contact details, notifications and chat history. Records that other users rely on, such as past work and ratings, are kept without your name or contact details.

Data is sent over HTTPS and passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

Flexmate is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
